1. Refund Policy
- Payment Issues: If there is any issue during the payment process, Razorpay will automatically refund your payment within 7 days. You can visit Razorpay's website for more details.
- Payment Confirmation: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order. In case of discrepancies, please contact Razorpay or our support team.
- Support for Payment Issues: If Razorpay does not resolve your issue, create a help ticket with us. We'll assist you promptly.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for payment issues or order errors. No refunds will be issued once the QR tag is created unless there's a technical issue.
2. Cancellation Policy
- After QR Tag Creation: Once you have purchased the service and created your QR tags, cancellations are not accepted.
- Before QR Tag Creation: If you haven’t created the QR tag yet, you can cancel your order within 7 days of purchase.
- How to Apply for Cancellation: Contact our support team within 7 days. If eligible, we’ll process the cancellation and refund.
- Refund Process for Cancellations: Cancellation requests will be processed and refunded within 7-10 business days, provided the QR tag has not been created.
3. Digital Products
The QR tags you create and purchase on Helptag are digital products that cannot be returned or exchanged. They are meant for use in emergency situations and cannot be resold or reused by another user after being created.
Once you create and activate your QR tag, you can print it, place it on your belongings, or share it for emergency use. The tag is tied to your personal information, which is securely stored on our platform.
4. International and National Availability
- Helptag Services: Our QR-based emergency solutions are available nationally within India and accessible internationally. You can create your QR tag and use it globally in emergency situations.
- Availability of Services: Helptag services are designed to be used worldwide as long as internet connectivity is available to scan the QR code. We are committed to providing secure and reliable emergency assistance services everywhere.
